Part of the set-up for our toy reviews is to prepare the hosts hands – make sure they’re clean (especially the case for our little one), finger nails are trimmed, and unique to me – a freshly colored manicure. We recently shot video for a series of toy reviews and unboxing fun with my nails au naturel.
We had also dyed Easter eggs beforehand, so you’ll notice some pink staining on my fingers. As I watched the finished videos, I couldn’t stand seeing my hands looking so not put-together. Now, I’m a no make-up kind of gal, and I don’t wear the nail polish all the time. However, after seeing the difference that pop of color makes on screen, I’ll be sure to decorate as much as possible. I just ordered some Disney Frozen water-slide decals from eBay. I’ve never used a water-slide before. Any tips and tricks?
Even on this video, featuring tons of color with Rainbow Dash My Little Pony, my hands could have used some decoration.
Perhaps I should stop focusing on the trivial matters here. Really, we just want to grow our YouTube channel. So far it’s been a fun family project, and we hope to keep it going. Take a look at our videos, and please subscribe to our channel to keep and touch, as our goal is to post a new video each day. Let us know what types of toy videos your kids enjoy. Thanks!
